"Top Chef All-Stars" winner Richard Blais, 4/14/11

Got to shoot "Top Chef All-Stars" winner Richard Blais demonstrating delicious ways to cook pork yesterday at the launch of the Pork Be Inspired Campaign in NYC.  I loved Richard on both Top Chef shows, and he was really down to earth and nice in person too.  Best of all, I got to taste bacon ice cream!  Not bad...
